Seven Tips for Controlling Premature Ejaculation

March 22nd, 2010

Premature ejaculation is embarrassing for the man and no fun for the woman. If you’re having a bit of a problem going for the long run, here are 7 tips that will help.

Relax

Premature ejaculation often results from performance anxiety. Try oral sex, toys, fingers, and passionate kissing to build her passion. If she’s sufficiently excited before intercourse she wont need as much time to reach orgasm.

Take care of yourself beforehand

Premature ejaculation sometimes occurs because guys are too fired up. The slightest bit of action sets them off a bit too soon. Relieve some pressure by masturbating before the big event. Not right before because getting erect immediately afterwards might be difficult. A few hours before should do the trick.

Wear a condom

Decreasing sensitivity helps prevent premature ejaculation. One way to make the penis less sensitive is to cover it with a rubber. They’re also good for protecting against STDs and unwanted pregnancy, so why not let a rubber help with premature ejaculation, too. Never put on more than one at a time thinking that thicker is better. Its not.

Other desensitizing products

Specially-formulated creams containing topical anesthetics can help numb the penis and put premature ejaculation suffers at ease. Be careful though. Dont accidentally numb your partner without her permission! Once the penis numbs, wash the cream off. Another option is to cover the cream with a condom. Just be sure the cream doesnt contain ingredients that will cause the condom to weaken or break.

Think about something else

Careful with this one! If you think of the wrong thing, premature ejaculation may end up being one of several problems. Self-inflicting pain on another body part, memorizing mathematical equations, or creating images of unattractive women have helped some guys, but results do vary.

Steer clear of alcohol and drugs

Tuning in to your body and feelings can help you control premature ejaculation. When youre in an altered state of mind, tuning in becomes difficult.

Do your homework

Several techniques have been developed that help men control the timing of their ejaculations. Mastering techniques such as the pinch method, or the start-stop method help men identify and focus on the moments that precede the point of no return.

Dont give up on sex! These techniques and others have helped many men overcome the embarrassing and frustrating condition called premature ejaculation.

Serious About Wanting To Last Longer In Bed?

March 22nd, 2010

Premature ejaculation can be cured
Don’t be embarrassed. Don’t be ashamed. Up to 75 of premature ejaculators can be cured within an average of 15 weeks.

In fact, the results of treatment for premature ejaculation are now so good that any couple that faces the problem of inadequate ejaculatory control, with rare exceptions, will be enjoying a much more gratifying sex life in just a few months.

Why it took so long to come up with solution for PE?
The cause of premature ejaculation was not completely understood and no one really knew how to treat this condition correctly.

For years, doctors were recommending anesthetic creams which don’t really work. These topical agents are usually safe as long as the patient has no history of allergy to the lidocaine or similar substance present in the cream. They work by desensitizing the penis, that is they dull the sensation on the penis to help delay ejaculation.

But it doesn’t seem right to give up of your enjoyment to increase the duration of an act of making love. The other solution from those days was psychoanalysis which in spite of requiring a great deal of time and money (usually 2-5 office visits a week for a matter of years) proved to be an ineffective therapy for this disorder.

Why is important to last longer in bed?
Just how fast is ‘too soon’? No one can really put an exact time period on what is considered to be inadequate ejaculatory control. Nonetheless, many reputable researchers suggested that if a man lasted lest than two minutes after vaginal penetration, he was premature.

Recent study, in which over 1,200 women were interviewed, showed that as much as 60 of them admitted that they would leave her partner if because of this problem.

This partly confirmed previous studies that reported that on average women need 12-14 minutes to reach an orgasm. Perhaps the most important negative effect of premature ejaculation is the one on man’s self-confidence. The lack of it can seriously damage overall quality of man’s life and his performance in other areas of life. If you feel sexually inadequate that will certainly cause performance anxiety, fear of failure, guilt and ultimately depression.

What is different today?
Until recently, the great majority of men who suffered from premature ejaculation were stuck with their problem for life. Fortunately, sexual medicine has come a long way in the past few years.

The positive and growing trend in mainstream medicine and pharmacy is herbal medicine. With rare exceptions and if applied correctly, herbal medications are safe and do not require prescription. However, as always, if you suffer from any acute medical conditions you should consult your doctor before taking any medication.

Although many of them are not yet approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), some of the most reputable American urologic institutes drew attention to the fact that certain herbal medications designed to deal with premature ejaculation proved to be very effective. In India, Korea and other areas of the Far East has been shown that these medications can help men with premature ejaculation to significantly delay their ejaculatory response.

Conclusion
Until recently, almost every man who wanted to know how to last longer during sex and cure premature ejaculation was burdened with his problem for life. Thanks to the advent of modern sex medicine, the great majority of men can be permanently cured in a matter of months.

Adult Acne Information

March 22nd, 2010

A common misconception about acne is that it only afflicts teens and people in the adolescent age group. However the truth is that a large number of adults do suffer from it. This leads to physical, psychological and social effects on persons suffering from acne.

This effects can be long-lasting and cause problems. With adults, acne leaves behind permanent and ugly scars since as the skin ages and loses collagen, it takes longer for the scars to heal.

It may be hard to diagnose psychological effects due to common misconceptions that accompany them. For instance it would be logical to say that the psychological effects of adult acne is easier to deal with since the person has matured and is not prone to teenage tantrums. However in actual reality the psychological effect in adults may be even worse, since this is a condition perceived to be specific to teens.

Nowadays it is easier for adults to seek treatment from dermatologists as acne continues being recognized as a problem not confined only to teens but also to adults. Sales of over-the counter treatments have increased as well as awareness about adult acne.

Research into adult acne has been extensively applied to determine it’s causes and effects on older patients. this directly leads to increased awareness about the condition and makes it easier for more people to seek treatment.

Nowadays information about the condition is readily available from the web, medical journals and publication. This means that the public can better understand it and how to combat it. More care is also given to the psychological effects it has on adults. Remember that they, just like teens are affected by people’s attitudes towards them and how they are perceived.

In summary, the key to treating this affliction is to understand what causes it.Knowledge about it,and how to treat it’s physical manifestation means that the social and psychological problems can be treated as well.

How to replace your treadmill belt

March 21st, 2010

Is your treadmill belt worn, torn or curling up on the edges? Does your treadmill slow down after you step on the belt and begin your workout?

If this is the case then it may be time to replace the belt.

Here are some thing to check before replacing your belt.

*1. You need to make sure the deck of the treadmill is in good shape. If it looks good then it may only need to be waxed or lubricated.

*2. If the deck shows obvious signs of wear, or has grooves worn into it then you may need to replace the belt and the deck.

*3. If the deck looks good, and the belt is worn or starting to turn up on the edges then it is time to replace the belt. Here are the instructions for doing that. Most treadmills are basically the same so this is a generic set of instructions. If you have an owners manual please follow the manufacturers instructions.

To begin the belt replacement unplug the POWER Cord and remove the motor cover or hood. Then locate the screws or bolts that are used to adjust the belt tension. They are normally on either side at the rear of the treadmill. Loosen both sides and push the rear roller toward the deck.

Now loosen and remove the front roller. If your treadmill inclines, turn on the power and raise the treadmill a few degrees so the roller can be removed. After the front roller is removed, remove the rear roller. Now you are ready to remove the belt.

I know it would be easier to just cut the old belt off, but if you take it off in one piece then you will remember how to put the new one on. Along the sides of the treadmill you will find bolts or screws that hold the deck in place. Remove these and lift the deck and old belt out together. Now is the time to wax or lubricate the deck.

Look at the old belt and the new belt. There will probably be a visible seam on the belt. Normally the belt should be installed so that the seam goes downward from left to right, much like a backward slash. Some belt manufacturers will mark the belt on the inside with an arrow pointing in the direction the belt should travel.

Slide the belt over the deck in the proper alignment and lay the belt and deck together back onto the treadmill. Start all of the screws or bolts before tightening them securely. Decks tend to get warped after a while so you may need to push or pull a little to get the screws started. I have found that it is a good idea to install the rollers before securely fastening the deck to the frame.

Pull the belt to the rear of the treadmill and slide the rear roller through it. Start the adjusting screws in the roller just enough so they do not fall out. Now slide the front roller inside the belt and replace the drive motor belt over the drive gear. Do this before you tighten the roller. After you get the front roller tight, then tighten the rear roller with the adjusting screws. Tighten each side equally until the belt feels snug on the deck.

Now turn the treadmill on. If the belt starts moving, carefully step on the treadmill while holding the side rails. If the belt stops then you need to adjust more. Step off the treadmill, and tighten each screw one full turn and step on the belt again. Repeat this process until the belt does not stop.

Now increase the speed to a fast walk, hold the handrails and apply downward pressure as you walk on the treadmill. If the belt stops or hesitates then adjust some more. Now increase the speed to a jog, probably around five m.p.h. Once again if you feel hesitation in the belt when your foot hits it, adjust it some more. Continue this process until you are satisfied that the belt is not slipping.

PLEASE be careful, if you do not think you can do this then pay someone to do it for you.

Please follow these directions for safe and efficient use of your treadmill for you and your family.

The procedures for checking these items are all in the Free Treadmill Report! http://www.treadmills.cc

Adult Acne- Causes Of Adult Acne

March 21st, 2010

Acne and adolescence

Most of us believe that acne is for is for teenagers. That is true to a large extent, because the hormonal changes during teenage causes acne. But acne does occur in adults and sometimes it is severe. Find out more about it so that you can prevent it.

Acne in adults- causes

Sometimes many adults who have no acne in their earlier years get acne. It is as if since acne had spared them during adolescence, it comes during the adult years. Hormonal changes during adulthood may cause more sebum production and resultant acne. The hormonal changes may be due to pregnancy in women, birth control pills etc. Some athletes and others take anabolic steroids to build their body. That can cause adult acne. Medicines such as lithium, medications for tuberculosis etc. can also cause adult acne. You will need to talk to your doctor and find out if any medicine is the cause.

Acne Mechanica

If you carry some object, or wear very tight clothing of synthetic material in such a way that causes pressure and friction on the same place for long, you may get acne during adult years.

Chloracne

Working with chlorinated solvents can cause acne. It is called chloraacne.

Indicators in Back Pain

March 20th, 2010

Back pain usually starts with signals or indicators. For instance, if your back hurt at one time and stopped, and later it started it again, you received your indicator at the start. In short, the first time your back started hurting is the sign. You want to pinpoint when the first pain started. Once you pinpoint the starting date, you will need to consider what inspired your back pain. For instance, did you fall? Were you in a motorized accident?

Once you find the trigger of your back pain, you want to consider the symptoms. Did you feel pain? Did you feel weak? Was your back stiff or numb?

Now you can use the indicators to discover where the pain started. Did the pain start at the lower back? Was the pain at the top area? Did the pain cause additional pain, such as around the neck? Was the pain intermittent? Did the pain consistently cause stress? Did the pain shoot to other areas of the body?

Did the pain get worse, when you walked, stood, sit, or lie down? Did the pain decrease, or did it increase?

When you first hurt your back did the pain stop, or did it frequently hurt? Did the pain cause long-term problems? Did the pain leave right away?

When you first injured your back, did the symptoms change gradually? Did the symptoms interrupt your daily duties? How did the symptoms change? How did the symptoms interrupt your daily duties?

Answering the questions can help you inform your doctor, as well as understand the cause of your condition. If you were in an accident and sought medical support when you first damaged your spine, you may want to consider what tests were used to spot your condition. What did you doctor find?

If you sought medical support and your doctor recommended treatment, what was that treatment? How did the treatment help your back condition? If the treatment helped your condition, can you try the remedies now?

Is your back pain caused from surgery, joint conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, or disease?

Does your job require mandatory lifting of heavy objects? Is your job emotional stressful? Do you stand long hours? Do you sit long hours?

How are your exercise habits? Do you workout often. Do you engage in stretch exercises? What is your stress level? Do you do something active to relieve stress?

Is there a hereditary back problem in your history?

Once you ask questions related to your back condition you might want to mark points that you can mention later to your doctor. Noting the problems can help you and your doctor find the cause. Often patients fail to do this, which is why many back pain problems go unnoticed.

If your back pain has recently started again after the initial indicator, you may use treatments at home to relieve the pain, unless it is demanding. Rest is a common treatment doctor prescribes to reduce back pain. I am a fan to chiropractor support, yet some people have issues with this notion, therefore if you feel a chiropractor can benefit you, seek support. Massage and physical therapy is also recommended to reduce back pain. In many areas, massage therapists are available, which charge reasonable fees. Check your areas to learn more about massage therapy. Common stretch exercises can reduce back pain, which has emerged from tension. If you overworked the muscles, you may want to rest and do a few exercises later.

Whatever you do, avoid ignoring the indicators. Once pain starts in the back, note the area and discuss the problem with your doctor.

Hair Loss Treatment- If You Have Alopecia Aerata?

March 20th, 2010

Alopecia Aerata is one of the common reasons of hair loss. This is an autoimmune disorder in which the body destroys its own hair. The hair is lost in coin sized patches and then comes back after some months or years. The pattern of loss and re- growth is unpredictable. Many people lose all the hair due to Alopecia Aerata. What treatment options are available? Let us discuss them so that you get your hair back as early as possible.

Minoxidil-

Minoxidil solution is a proven therapy for hair loss of this type. Once you begin applying minoxidil, you may see your hair growing again after about three months. You should consult your doctor about the strength of minoxidil solution that you should use.

Steroids-

Steroids can help regain hair in alopecia aearata. Your doctor will inject steroid on the balding patch. Topical application of steroids is not effective. Oral steroids may cause side effects. That is why steroids are always injected in the balding patch. Though the injections effective, they are painful.

Anthralin- this is an immunomodulator. It is a tar like substance and is applied for an hour and then washed away. Your doctor may combine more than one treatment for you.
All of these are proven methods. Trying natural or miracle products will only make you lose your precious money. Use time tested and science-backed solutions for hair loss.

Hair Loss Treatment: Do Not Fret Little Fella, There’s Hope!

March 20th, 2010

Hair Loss Treatment: Do Not Fret Little Fella, There’s Hope!

So you are getting to the middle age when your body starts falling apart, or off as the case may be. Because of this you aren’t as good at sports as you used to be, the opposite sex doesn’t find you nearly as attractive as you used to be, and your family ask you if you are ok whenever they look at you because they think that you look ill. Well there’s hope lads, not for the sports, but at least for the hair! That’s right, there is good hair loss treatment options that will halt hair loss right in its tracks so that you can at least look like you are still the man (or at least not sick).

So why do you lose your hair in the first place? Well a great question with a complicated answer. Maybe I can dumb it down for you though. The first thing is that there is not a lot that can do on your own to change your genes (though there are hair loss treatment options that can disrupt the work of these genes). Yeah that’s right this is another one of those pesky familial things, and no it’s not that you wore your hat too much or picked the wrong hair gel.

The other thing that should at least make you feel better is that your going bald is not a result of you losing your manhood. In fact losing your hair is because you are a little to much of a man if you know what I am saying. Testosterone is what give you hair in all the places that you don’t want it and in a slightly different form makes you lose it from the one place that you want it the most–your head. Testosterone is actually reduced to dihydroxy testosterone (DHT) which acts on the hair progenitor cells to shut down DNA replication and bring hair growth to a screeching halt. This process is mediated by an enzyme called alpha-1-reductase. It is the action of this enzyme that is inhibited by certain forms of hair loss treatment. These drugs keep the testosterone in its original form thereby stopping the action of DHT on the cells responsible for hair growth. These drugs work great unless you are an Olympic athlete where they are banned because they have been used by cheaters as cover up for performance enhancing drugs. They say it takes sacrifice to be an elite athlete and they mean it!

The other main hair loss treatment category is the surgical implantation of hair (which of course has to be coupled with the above pharmaceuticals). This use to be the best way to get people to laugh at you and not with you as it left cornrows in a rather sad and unalterable way whether you like that look or not. Now however doctors have begun to be a bit more artistically random with their implants. Now you can get realistic looking hair replacement.

Adult Acne – Frustrating Problem With No Easy Answers

March 20th, 2010

What are the reasons that more and more adults are suffering from acne?

Thats probably related to the more varied and volatile hormone changes that accompany the adult physiology and lifestyle. Also, subtle early pre-menopausal changes in estrogen and testosterone may contribute.

Women are subject to more stress than perhaps at any other time in history. There are more concrete demands and more mixed messages demanding personal and professional perfection. The price is often physical and emotional exhaustion and emotional stress. How is it possible for the skin to not respond badly as well?

The final basic cause of adult acne is the same, abnormal response of the follicle lining cells to androgens. However, there are many more potential and identifiable causes in women, i.e. hormone medications, menses, pregnancy, personal care, etc.

The following regimen is one which is typically recommended to varying degrees of adult acne:

- Non-comedogenic soaps, cosmetics, etc. Many skin cleansers, make-up, etc. actually leave residues which block pores, and can make acne worse. The products which are used should state that they do not exacerbate acne. Some have recommended a very inexpensive, “natural” topical antibiotic. Placing 1 tsp. of essence of lemon oil (found at supermarkets) in to 4 ounces (120 cc) of liquid soap. This is used for cleansing the skin – essence of lemon has antibacterial properties.

- Topical antibiotics: several antibiotics (esp. tetracycline types, erythromycin, clindamycin, etc..) are prescribed for adult acne twice daily. They usually come in a “roll-on” type bottle.

- Topical Vitamin-A acid (e.g.. Retin-A): cause peeling of the superficial layer of the skin to lessen new comedone formation. Quite effective. Face gets “raw” if use to much. Must use a sunscreen. Takes 4-6 weeks of consistent use to attain benefit.

- Facial cleansing: people with adult acne usually have very clean skin because attention they give to this area.

- UV light therapy: should be done with great care and under the supervision of a dermatologist.

- Oral antibiotics: tetracylines or erythromycin are most commonly given by mouth for moderate to severe acne in adult. More expensive antibiotics are not necessarily any better than plain tetracycline. Tetracyclines work very well, however because they can discolor new bone formation, they are contra-indicated in youth who have not completed their permanent teeth, as well as pregnant and nursing females.

- Isotretinoin (Accutane) is indicated in only the severest adult acne cases. It is highly effective at reducing sebum production, comedone formation, inflammation, etc. However, it can cause severe birth defects if taken while pregnant and runs the risk of toxicity, requiring certain laboratory monitoring prior to and during therapy. It usually needs to be taken for at least 20 weeks. All other adult acne therapy is stopped while on isotretinoin.

In general, its not how you wash, what you eat, what you drink, or impure thoughts. The over-the-counter, television, and internet miracle cures are too good to be true. REALLY. You need real therapy that can clear your skin.
